Posting of shareholder circular

 

Warehouse REIT plc, the AIM listed warehouse specialist investor, announces that further to its announcement of 16 November 2020, the circular concerning the acquisition of a portfolio of  five  single-let and multi-let warehouse assets located across the UK has been posted to its shareholders. The circular contains the notice convening the general meeting to consider the acquisition of approximately 20% of Greenstone Property Investments Limited not already owned following the subscription by the Company announced on 16 November 2020. The circular is available on the Company's website at https://www.warehousereit.co.uk/investors/. The general meeting will be held at 11.00am on 4 December 2020.
